Cl Lawrence message to all sec 2

Hi guys... after not seeing you all for a super long time..there is a lot of things which i wanna say to all of you. bear with me kay? hahas..Firstly let me comment on most of your performances... i am seriously very shocked and surprised when i first know about your sec 2 blog... this tells me that the sec 2 squad is a very united squad and has many committed, serious and matured people and are very bonded. Many of you are improving from training after training which is a very good thing. Keep up the good work and i am sure all of u will be a excellent leader in the future.

NPCC is not just a CCA... It is like a long term course which can "transform" those who wanna learn into excellent leaders by equiping all of you with the knowledges and skills needed. When all of you go out to work or even to poly or JC next time, u will have more knowledges and advantages compared to your friends or peers...and all of you will find that NPCC people are very different from the others...at the end of your secondary skul life... u will find that CCA plays a big part in your results as it may be used to minus off a maximun of two points from your O level results depending on your courses. Hence, i strongly urged those who feel like skiping NPCC or have no more motivation in NPCC to come back to serve... its for your own good... trust me =)

Lastly... what i have to say is... lesser CI are coming down now... i hope that all of you can work closely with your NCOs... listen and respect them as your sir and mam and seniors alright? ... learn as much as you can from that.. ask questions... i will try to make trainings fun and intresting so that everyone can enjoy it.

This is my first year coming back as CI to serve... this means by the time all of you graduate from NPCC in sec 4... i will be standing down also... I promise all of you this.. by the time you all graduate... i will try my very best to come down to be with you all and see all of you graduating with a smile on your faces alright? lets have many wonderful memmories together =)

Let everyone know that sec 2 squad is the best squad... do your very best in whatever you do... lets everyone be proud of you... A good follower is a good leader, a good leader is a good follower. With that i end off my post with a quote " i may be slower than others, but i won give up" go and think about what this means.

Feel free to approach me if you have any problems... in NPCC i am your senior.. your officer... outside of NPCC... i am your senior... your friend..yup yup..so don be shy...hahas... there is some changes to your training this coming friday regarding your attire... pls check the notice board and i hope that when i see you all this friday... all of you are up to standard...

Decided to edit the whole post
Because the previous one was very messy.

Reflection
Write what you want to achieve after the NCO camp
And why is achieving that important to you.

Are to be completed on a foolscap paper and handed in by the next parade.

Monday-Dry shoot
There will be a dry shoot on Monday
All sec 2 cadets are to leave the class at 1.20PM
Attire:Full SCHOOL uniform

Tuesday-Actual shoot
The timing is not yet confirm.
However if you did not attend the dry shoot practice on Monday
You will not be allow to have the actual shoot.
Which have a real actual bullet in the revolver

Attire:Full NPCC uniform

Friday-Drill test
There will be a drill test on this coming Friday.
For the benefits of the cadets who are absent on last parade.
The drill test include executing the commands and WOC
Words or command (i think... LOL)

This are the general information to take note when giving command
In another words, it will be tested.
Erm i don't really know the full term of the following stuff la.

Heritage Tour

There will be a Heritage Centre visit on 22th July, which is tomorrow.
Sec 2 cadets will be dismissed from Class at 1.10PM for lunch

Assemble in front of the notice board at 1.35PM
Bags will be kept in school
Attire will be school uniform.

Ok as for the shoot,it witll be on 28 july and 29 July.
28 July is the practice and 29 July is the actual shoot.

Next thing is for the heritage centre thing,We will have to leave early from class because we have to leave school by 1.45.
Mr Tan will email all the teachers to inform that we will have to leave class early.
As for our attire,Mr Lathif say SCHOOL UNIFORM.
